Általános elvárások 
Responsibilities:

  • To lead a team of infrastructure and operations system specialists across multiple hardware platforms and operating systems
  • Provides thought leadership on infrastructure and OS technology Service Improvements.
  • To build a strong link between the IT Managed Services (ITMS) Hub and in country technical support leads as well as the infrastructure and OS functional Lead to ensure services are delivered consistently and efficiently to all ITMS customer contracts
  • To provide technical leadership to the Operational teams for Infrastructure and OS Support, working closely with their peers in Apps, DB and storage management – and to comply with the Process Lead in terms of change / incident / problem etc. management
  • Ensure procedures and working practices conform to ITIL standards
  • Has responsibility for maintaining a low risk profile to the Service Operations infrastructure and OS team

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, or extensive relevant employment experience or professional qualifications
  • ITIL foundation accredited
  • 4+ years working in a large multi-platform organisation delivering critical business services
  • Detailed technical experience in one or more infrastructure and OS platforms – expectation of 5+ years of senior relevant technical experience (Unix, WIN)
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Leadership and staff management experience
