  • Minimum of 7 years experience of Service management roles
  • Experience working with off-shore IT outsourced environment
  • Business process analysis and understanding
  • Cost benefit analysis
  • Financial and planning experience
  • Good knowledge and understanding Service management processes based on SLAs
  • Good knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management
  • Good understanding of ICT infrastructure and related technology trends
  • Knowledge of ITIL standards and methods
  • Practical technical skills about workplace activities (IMAC)
  • Practical technical skills about Windows Server / Active Directory management
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing

Role purpose
  • Accountable for delivery of IT infrastructure services for all countries in Western Europe with support of local IT Service Managers
  • Standardization of processes and reporting across WE
  • Escalation point (key relationship manager) for ICT infrastructural Business needs, requests, issues and escalations at local level for all functions
  • Manage Business and IT/IS alignment at zone level leveraging the relationship with both internal customers and third party supplier
Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Business SPOC’s to channel business demand with regard to zone IT related products and services/standards/policies managing the implementation and/or the delivery of the appropriate tools
  • Supervise the appropriate execution of all organizational and technical activities prior to an IT/IS related change implementation
  • Propagate synergies and best practices across local and BU functions by fulfilling business-specific demand using standardized components and services created and maintained by IT/IS at Zonal/Global Level
  • Cover all activities needed to determine and guard the level of service (SLA) wished for ICT by the Business Process Lead; this includes reporting analysis from outsourcing partners and initiation of the required improvement activities
  • Develop the zone ICT strategy
  • Supply necessary input to Contract and Quality Mgr in case of Contract Changes
  • Overall Service Delivery Management ICT active budget creation and management at zone level Participate in Zone crisis management team
